Operation Care Package Presents PATRIOTISM IN AMERICA Kids Art Contest beginning Feb. 1, 2011 and ending May 1, 2011.

Artwork should be submitted, or have a post date of no later than May 1, 2011.

Please encourage all students to create original artwork interpreting the theme
"Patriotism in America".
This can either be any way that they see or understand what Patriotism means to them.

There are no real restrictions other than it should to be drawn, painted or colored on any paper or canvas that is approximately 8 in. x 10 in. in size.

Judging will be done by a group of local Individuals, OCP Volunteers and local Business People.
Winner will be announced June 30, 2011.

Any Child or Student can participate.
There will be 3 age groups considered for the winning entries:
5 to 8 Year Old
9 to 13 Year Old
14 to 18 Year Old.

There will be 2 winners out of each age group. The winners will have their artwork made into post cards to be used by Operation Care Package. Each winner will receive a set of all winning post cards.

Each winner will also have a Care Package sent to one of our Military in his or her name along with their winning post card.
All other entries will either be used in Care Packages to our troops or for other OCP projects.

There is an application that we are asking be filled out and submitted with artwork.
