If you are a Serviceperson, or family member, who would like to submit a
name to receive
a Care Package, please send an E-mail request to:

Please include
Serviceperson's name, address and, if known, an approximate month mail should stop.
It saves us from having too many packages returned.
Groups and units may also be submitted.
We respect your privacy, and do not share information submitted to this
site with any outside party.
